Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Lighting goods are supplied for the application stated on the quotation. Goods identified on the quotation, packaging or invoice as off-road use only, competition use or show use are not supplied for use on public roads and must not be represented as compliant road lighting; it is the customer’s responsibility to determine and comply with the vehicle lighting requirements applicable in the jurisdiction of use, including federal motor vehicle safety standards and any state or local inspection requirement, and no warranty of legality, roadworthiness or inspection outcome is given. Tinted, smoked and darkened finishes reduce luminous output; an estimated reduction is stated on the quotation and actual reduction varies with finish, method and application. Forward-facing lighting is supplied in white, and turn-signal functions are supplied in amber, unless the customer expressly specifies otherwise and accepts supply on an off-road or show-use basis. Goods are not supplied as drop-in light-source conversions for housings designed around a different emitter, and the supplier does not warrant the beam pattern of any assembly into which a light source other than that specified has been fitted. Beam pattern and aim are set at manufacture where stated; final aim after installation on a vehicle is the responsibility of the installer. Headlight housings are vented by design and transient internal condensation which clears in normal use is not a defect; persistent water ingress is covered only where the housing has not been opened, modified or resealed by any party other than the supplier. Fitment is quoted against the year, make, model and trim supplied by the customer, and no fitment warranty applies where those details are incomplete or incorrect. Restoration services remove degraded surface material and apply a replacement ultraviolet-stable coating; service life of that coating is stated on the quotation and is dependent on exposure and care. Internal lens hazing, cracking and crazing through the lens depth cannot be remedied by restoration and require replacement. Installation is not included unless expressly quoted.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
